You will work on your flexibility and endurance, then release tension, stress, fatigue and reduce pain and related discomfort. during pregnancy, such as heavy legs, nausea, water retention, back pain, sciatic nerve pain, stretch marks, etc.

The absence of tension and the benefits generated by the postures and breathing exercises provide relaxation and a feeling of release on the body in order to recover in the event of fatigue or stress caused by the different stages of childbirth.

The body is placed in a state of health by strengthening the immune system which nourishes the body and mind, making it easier for mother and baby to work in harmony.
